MOLDOVA · B2B FINTECH

Your bank, the fiscal service, and your accounting ledger have never spoken to each other.

We’re building one platform to synchronise banking, e-Factura and 1C. Starting with the invoice workflow, our goal is to let an SME owner check their company’s financial health in 10 seconds, on their phone.

One invoice. From fiscal portal to posted document.

01 / THE PROBLEM

Three systems.
One very manual bridge.

01

Three systems, zero connections.

An SME’s money lives in MAIB, its invoices in the state e-Factura portal, its books in 1C. Nothing syncs.

02

The bridge is a person.

Accounting firms export an invoice from e-Factura and retype it into 1C. Every invoice. Every client. Every month.

03

The data is stranded.

Because nothing is joined up, nobody can ask simple questions: what’s my runway, which client pays late, where did margin go.

02 / HOW IT WORKS

From invoice to ledger.
Without the retyping.

CAPTURE

Invoice in, from upload or straight from e-Factura.

VALIDATE

Mapped to the national XML schema, checked before it’s ever submitted.

SYNC

Posted into 1C as a real document, through the configuration’s own posting logic — never written to the database directly.

1C runs on-premise. Kantora’s sync runs as a local agent on the accountant’s machine, not a cloud call.

03 / WHY NOW

The infrastructure
is opening up.

Open banking creates a standard way to connect financial accounts. Electronic invoicing puts structured documents in reach. Kantora is being built to join that data to the ledger.

20 MARCH 2026

Moldova’s national Open Banking standard entered into force, enabling secure, consent-based connections to external financial apps.

01 JANUARY 2021

The fiscal authority states that electronic invoices are required for taxable public-procurement supplies.

05 / WHO IT’S FOR

Start inside an agency.
Build for every business owner.

Accounting agencies

Less friction between banking, the accounting database and fiscal services. One synchronised workflow for the people doing the books.

SME owners

Our goal: check your company’s financial health in 10 seconds on your phone, with bank, invoices and books in one place.

Our first planned release is internal tooling for Jizdan & Partner, an accounting agency serving 400 companies. We plan to begin with its clients, learn through the pilot, then expand into a national product for Moldova.

06 / TEAM

Technical depth.
Accounting at the source.

Grecu Catalin

CTO

Technical developer at a game development company, leading Kantora’s technical development.

Andrei Jizdan

CEO, Jizdan & Partner

Accounting agency director bringing industry knowledge and mentorship to help ship Kantora.
